In the winter of 2021/2022, Odyssey subcontracted to Union Corner Construction of Vancouver WA to provide all site preparation, mass grading, parking lot installation, large stormwater infiltration systems and stormwater piping, sanitary sewer main line installation with manholes, fire suppression supply line installation, domestic waterline installation, (2) 31,750 square foot building pad preparations and footing excavations.
