In the winter/spring of 2019/2020, Odyssey subcontracted to Tapani Inc of Battle Ground WA to perform all the site preparation, building footing excavation, pad preparation, sewer mainlines and manhole installation, waterline relocating, parking lot preparation and all sitework items to complete a new 13,000 square foot addition to the existing Franklin Elementary School in Vancouver, WA. This project had many challenges with coordination as the school had to remain operational throughout as well as the arrival of the COVID 19 Pandemic and all the challenges that brought. With the challenges the project was still brought in on time and within budget due to great team work and coordination all around from the General Contractor and all the subcontractors. Overall this was a very successful project.
